The doctors do an amazing job and I would recommend two doctors especially however getting an appointment is impossible if you work and the my gp appointments that you can book in advance are in short supply.
The reception staff are extremely unhelpful and uncaring in their attitudes towards the public. On one occasion because of a complaint I made regarding the staff retraining has taken place. Still the issue has not improved
I have been with this practice on and off since 2002 and the only good thing going for this practiice is the level of care the doctors provide if you can actually get to see them
