About: The Lighthouse Medical Practice

My Fiancée went in today and was told to use Google to look up her symptoms and check for herself!

Was given vertigo medicine but did not perform any of the checks or tests a doctor should do to check for vertigo (Which ironically we found on Google afterwards) maybe he should take his own advice and provide proper care before giving out pills?

We have managed to find the patient that this relates to and we have spoken to them directly and managed to resolve the issues that were raised.
