I just want to thank you all for the prompt and efficient way you treated me when I was referred by my optician because of floaters in my left eye. I was indeed seen the same day as you received my email the email arrived and the laser treatment was carried out by the consultant very thoroughly the following day. On post op check-up yesterday, everything seemed to be doing well. I was given a card which I could take any time I saw floaters like I had previously presented with. Just with a phone call to the clinic and they would see me as an urgent case.
