"A two dy visit"

About: Warwick Hospital

Staff were excellent and communicated well with me, I felt 'cared' for at all times. I felt confident in staff professionalism at all levels. Staff chatted to me and put me at ease before my operation. A high level of trust.

The hospital is tired though and there seems to be a lack of Facilities Management in the areas that I visited. Ceiling bulbs blown, cover left off radiator, stuff included computer equipment just dumped in the waiting room, chairs piled up and endless repetitive notices on A4 stuck (always at an angle) with sellotape to doors and walls. Just seems so depressing and does not inspire confidence in the organisation. Of course, I understand lack of funding, but this is not about finance, it's about accepting low standards.

My sincere thanks to all the staff who acted with such dedication during my stay.
