About: Failsworth Group Practice

Have found receptionist particularly helpful and professional . All appointments have been on time though have not felt rushed when in a consultation with GP . All diagnoses have been clearly explained and referrals promptly made when required

Feel sometimes it wold be beneficial if BP checks or blood test could be arranged straight after GP appointment rather than having to wait a week or so before seeing nurse then potentially another delay before seeing GP

All in all have found GP practice providing excellent patient care.

Thank you for the positive feedback regarding the quality of care you have received at our practice.

Unfortunately all of our Nurses & Healthcare Assistants run their clinics on an appointment basis, therefore it is not always possible for them to carry out relevant blood tests/blood pressure checks etc. following the patient's appointment with the GP on that day as their clinics are almost always booked up in advance, I will however share your suggestion with the partners and management.
