"Bad Service"

About: Ashton GP Service

I have been in chest pain for nearly 2 weeks and unable to get through to the phone to make an appointment. If luckily get contacted, reception will ask to ring 8am in the morning for appointment but never ever pick up the phone. Such a bad service.

Dear Patient,

Please accept our apology for the way you feel you have been dealt with. In order for us to investigate your complaint we would appreciate if you could contact the surgery and request to speak to the Practice Manager or the Assistant Practice Manager, if they are not available at that time, please leave a message with one of the Receptionists and they will get back to you. The Practice works hard to give a high quality service to all patients and would like with your help to investigate further.
