"Hard to find fault"

I have been with the surgery for just under a year now, and have found medical, nursing, and support staff to be efficient, competent, and friendly.The waiting rooms could do with a bit of a facelift, but I visit the surgery for medical and nursing care, not for aesthetic pleasures! I suspect about the staff accommodation which looks a bit cramped to me, but it is an old building, not a state of the art medical centre. The surgery copes very well under enormous pressures and I have have to say all the team deserve an accolade for the level of service which they provide. I am sure, that there are times when they struggle to cope with the unceasing demands of patients and regulatory bodies, but they present a cheerful and supportive aspect at all times, and as the title of this review implies I regard myself as a wholly satisfied patient, who is happy that he opted to register with Bolton House.
