About: Emersons Green NHS Treatment Centre

I visited this hospital today with my daughter who was having treatment. At no point was I asked to accompany her. I was told to sit on an extremely uncomfortable chair in a draughty area by the main door. I decided to get a cup of tea from a small cafe and I have to say after many years of both working in and visiting hospitals I have never met with such rudeness and contempt from the surely woman employed there. Shame on you
