The staff are so rude. I never get a appointment and staff are horrible. I am glad I can do most of my request online. Hate having to call.

I am so sorry to hear that this is how you experience our staff and service. We have been working really hard to offer as many options as possible in the event we can't offer an appointment at a time that suits you, including telephone appointments. You can contact our GPs online via the homepage of our website http://www.allertonmedicalcentre.co.uk/ and we aim to respond to you within 24 hours. If you feel more comfortable online, then this might be a good option for you?

I would really appreciate your feedback about your interaction with staff, particularly if you feel they have been rude. Hearing about these incidents as soon as possible helps me to talk with the staff involved. I can be contacted via email or at the surgery and I hope that you will feel able to speak with me in confidence.
