"Staff rude and unhelpful"

I've been a patient here for over 10 years, mostly the doctors have been friendly and have given advice when I've been to see them.

More recently though I've found it harder to get appointments and despite having ailments have not been able to get seen and so have just got on with life and ignored any lumps, bumps, pains or persistent coughs because I've not been able to see a doctor. In some cases when I've been able to get an appointment they have been cancelled last minute due to staff being sick or going home early.

Some of the reception staff can be rude and not helpful at all, it is quite clear from their tone that they don't enjoy their job and really aren't suitable to be working with people and members of the public.
