"Ridiculous"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology

Doctors that act like they didn't care. Booking me in for surgery not giving me any information on it, recovery time, problems, what may happen. Wouldn't anseer questions just got told to look it up online. Trying to ring to get a hold of somebody to talk to to just get disconnected after spending 20 minutes on hold each time. Absolutely appalling
