About: Chase Farm Hospital

I went to do my blood test today and the phlebotomist was very rude and abrupt. She didn’t like that I told her It was hard for me to give blood. She got very stroppy and told me I should never say that because she’s a professional. She could really do with some training, because she didn’t know the meaning of the word professional. She said I was anxious and I made her job hard...it’s that what her job is?...to make me relax and more comfortable. I’m going to take this further and report her.

You mention you were going to take this further and report the phlebotomist; has this happened?
