I have had DALK procedures carried out at kent and canterbury now. Very successful procedures. Can't fault the staff at all AMAZING.
Waiting times are appualing it is a prime example of an oversubscribed essential service being under-funded and surviving against all adversity. On some occasions there has been over 1.5 hrs wait, how do the staff deal with this????? teas and coffee are supplied in true english fashion.
How do the bureaucrats cope???? Install expensive computerised digital e-check in facility. I think they may have overlooked the fact it was for Ophthalmology department utilised primarily by poor sighted elderly. Surly more helpful admin staff would be the answer not more cutting the service to the bones.
