About: Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre

I had a colonoscopy on February 15th 2018

From the minute I checked in at the reception the service and standards were absolutely first class

The reception staff, the pre-op nurses and the actual procedure team were all warm, professional, caring and very organised with careful explanations of the whole process

The facility was clean, welcoming and comfortable

It was certainly the best National Health experience that I have had in over 60 years!!

At Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment centre we aim to provide a high quality, efficient and professional patient focused service and it was lovely to hear we have achieved that aim.
