"An absolute delight."

I have just returned from a visit to UCC with our 11 month old. I had THE best experience that I had to come home and write this review. As a nurse, it is hard to be on the ‘other side’ of healthcare and especially as all parents know, even worse when t is your own child who is poorly. On arrival the receptionist was warm and welcoming, the triage nurse was brilliant with the baby and the Paeds ANP who saw us was absolutely wonderful, explained everything, answered all my questions. We left with a diagnosis, all questions answered and a prescription for the baby. My whole patient journey was absolutely faultless. Thank you so much.
