About: University Hospital Monklands / General Medicine (Wards 2,10,12 and 17)

(as a service user),

I was admitted to Ward 14 from MAU with a headache and high blood pressure.  When I arrived there the staff were exceptionally nice and caring towards me.  I had attended a CT scan and was awaiting results I was in a lot of pain due to the headache.  Throughout my stay the staff checked on me often asking if I required more painkillers.  I was only in Ward 14 for a short period of time and I would like to say a big thanks to all the staff for being so helpful.

Ward 14 is a lovely caring ward.  The staff are exceptional.
