"Doctors responce to an issue"

I thought a note in a positive vein would be helpful as people are so quick to complain when they have an issue ,despite all the problems within the NHS one can call this surgery and obtain an appointment the same day, and be attended to with respect, and attention, I have had some age related issues recently all of which have been addressed,

and I have been very pleased with my treatment.

I have been a resident in this village for over 20 years and the current practice partners under the "head" GP , in my view offer, and provide a better service than the previous partners of many years ago.
