"A&E visit"

Today I took my dad to A&E and I cannot stress enough how lucky we are to have a fantastic team in the A&E department. Understandly, it wasn't quite busy today but the staff took it upon themselves to send out a free food trolley because they knew some individuals had been waiting for hours and were concerned about those suffering with diabetes.

I had so many questions and concerns, I felt listened to and the Dr on duty explained everything clearly to me regarding my dad's health. The Dr had carried out X-rays and full checks on my dad and took time to read my dad's previous reports to compare to. The Dr put my dad and myself at ease and was such a funny character.
