"Caring staff for anxious patient"

We have visited this department on four separate occasions (so far), for blood tests, for my very anxious, needle-phobe, and unwell daughter.

Each visit we had different staff, and each visit we came away saying how lovely they were!

All of the nurses we had during the blood tests were kind, patient and caring... and they got the blood out regardless of my daughter's involuntary shaking!

None of these ladies made us feel like we were being rushed, and they did not make my daughter feel like she was being silly... one nurse even sang to her to distract her, and it worked.

Credit where credit is due, these nurses work extremely hard and have a lot of people to get through, yet still found an extra minute to show empathy, which in return got the vital tests done.

my only regret is that I didn't note the names of the nurses.
