"Fantastic service and treatment at this NHS clinic"

I visited the clinic yesterday after returning from a ski trip and having had an accident and damaging my knee. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no parking fees and the car could be parked easily and close by the entrance.

The clinic is spotlessly clean, bright and airy with a costa coffee snack bar, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. There were only 3 people waiting before me, I was Seen within 20 minutes, given a thorough examination and then sent for x rays. The X-rays were commented on immediately and the follow up with the practitioner was brilliant, I wasn't rushed at all , given full explanation and follow up care. All staff were very professional and courteous.

From start to finish I had been treated within an hour, this really is the NHS at its best and was like a private service, well done to all!
