Having been with another practice on my return from overseas and experiencing the worst possible service at every level and on every contact I had with the practice it is impossible to express the differnece with Sefton Road Surgery. This is everything I remember of a ;real' GP service from when I was child with all the added servies and new treatments of a modern NHS. It may well not be in a chique newly built white and shiney new clinic, one may well have to climb the stairs to the consultation rooms but this surgery has 'heart' and that matters more than all the bells and whistles. And all this is delivered with a slick organised administration system and excellant reception staff and a personal, respectful approach to consultations.
A world away from the first practice I was with in this area and the best change I could possibly have made
