I have used this surgery since i was a baby, it used to be great, now i cant even get an appointment with 2 weeks notice and that includes calling repeatedly early in the mornings!
The open access is now restricted too, insisting you arrive so early your sitting for hours but with no guarantee you will be seen when you go!
The staff can be incredibly rude which is a shame as there are a few nice ones and the majority of the doctors are very good.
They need to re assess how they deal wih patients and priority and also look at the amount of people they have accepted onto their books.
