(as a service user),

Since I done  "Hey"

- I started having an extra meal;

- Eating as a family;

- Checking what I'm buying;

- Being a better role model to my children.

Hi

Its great to hear from someone that has completed the HEY training and WOW look at everything you have been doing since! Food can be so expensive, any tips and guidance on how we can eat healthier and for less has got to be a good thing! well done.
