When I first come I felt empty, worthless and that I didn't belong but after the help and the sessions we put a plan in place, and without the help I wouldn't know where id be. And that is pretty much the bottom line. Now I feel a lot more positive and outgoing. I've put plans in my life to maintain my health and well-being.
