About: Coulby Medical Practice

apart from having to call at 8am in the morning to book a telephone slot with the doctor (the engaged tone is prominent at this time of day!), the staff are all very kind, diligent and empathic. The doctors and nurses are very supportive and it's a godsend to have the opportunity to talk on the phone rather than having to arrange an appointment and get time off work to attend.

I have never had an issue. it is obviously a very busy practice and the way of working is appropriate for them, nothing worse than walking in to a busy clinic and feeling you have walked into a quarantine zone. keep up the good work!!
