About: York Hospital / Accident and emergency

I had to visit A&E due to broken ankle.my wait was about 2hours. I had the good fortune to meet a wonderful nurse. From start to finish she made me totally relaxed. Her approach was professional and efficient. I was tense and worried about pain but her charming manner soon eased my concerns. Everyone I came in contact with were on top of their game. A credit to N.H.S. and nursing .I've had a back up call this a.m. to offer home support (as the nurse promised ).

A terrible accident has been turned into a wonderful life experience .Thank you to the nurse and Team York District!
