Appointments

Appointments

Had an urgent appointment for a sigmoidoscopy yesterday.

There were a number of conditions and parameters that required to be met before going ahead. Unfortunately, not all of the conditions were met on the day as determined by blood tests and the procedure was postponed.

I was treated with care, dignity in a friendly and professional manner.

Hopefully the procedure will go ahead next week.

Thank you for posting your comments on Care Opinion following your recent visit to the Victoria Hospital.

I am sorry to hear that you procedure had to be postponed however appreciate your understanding as to how this was necessary. It must have been disappointing for you. Hopefully you will meet some of the same friendly faces on your next visit.

I will be sure to forward your comments onto the staff who always welcome feedback.

Please accept my apologies for the late reply, I am having issues with my Care Opinion account.

Kind regards

Sandra
