"Respiratory Department"

I have recently been diagnosed with a lung condition and must give credit to all the team in this department for their dedication, empathy and kindness. The department is extremely well run on the administration side and the medical team are second to none. Each and every appointment I have had with this team is precision run and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes over my appointment time but most appointments are spot on time, which really does alleviate the stress of a hospital appointment.

The consultants are wonderful and explain everything in great detail and ensure I understand everything they say to me. After all the negative reports I had heard of ESH, I felt I really had to write and commend this department from the admin team, the nurses up to the top consultant. It is never a good time to have any health issues, but I must say I have complete faith in the team and feel very safe in their hands.
