"Visit to Accident & Energency 10/02/2018"

I arrived at A&E Saturday morning 09:30 with a dislocated shoulder, I was triaged, X-ray no.1, visit to minors, shoulder manipulated back in place, X-ray no.2, saw consultant again, made appointment with fracture clinic, left A&E one hour later.

The service I received, the friendliness of all the staff in all departments was exemplary I cannot praise DV enough, and I have a physio appointment 5 days after dislocating my shoulder.

A huge thank you to all the staff you were all brilliant.
