Like so many others with reviews on here and also family, friends in the area we are all disgusted with the way this surgery has fallen short since the new contract take over.

I personally have long standing conditions and I cannot get any level of care I expect from our NHS.

I have had numerous problems getting appointments, repeat prescriptions and general enquiries all of which I expect.

Just before Christmas 2017 the Surgery took the decision to change its online (and presumably EMIS Medical Record Systems) systems for Patients.

No real announcement was made, accept a short note in a local magazine which we do not get.

As a side note, I am an ex-NHS Professional so I have seen first hand how hard staff work. But with current Administration handling Primary Care like this it isn't going to be long before something serious happens
