I contacted Fryston Road Surgery on Friday afternoon, 9/2/18, spoke to a lovely Receptionist and advised her that I wasn't feeling very well and described my symptoms.

She was extremely helpful, messaged the GP immediately and then offered me an emergency appointment later that afternoon. I was relieved and so grateful for the appointment. Received great patient care, as always, from the GP - and I was diagnosed with Mumps!

I would like to thank all the GP's, Nurses and Staff at Fryston Road Surgery and Henry Moore Clinic for continually offering excellent care and service.

Dear Patient

I am very happy that you received good care from the practice across the board.

The admin staff do ask every patient their symptoms when they call and this does only have be the general symptoms and is personal choice for patients if they wish to give those details.

However this does help the GP to triage this in an appropriate time scale.

I hope you recover soon from your illness and again thank you for the positive comments which I will pass onto the staff.
