"NO LONGER A PRACTICE YOU CAN RELY ON"

"Clare House" used to be a Practice where you knew, even if it was not possible to see your "own" GP, a good alternative GP would be allocated.

However, nowadays, there is one GP of whom I am aware that due to 'their' "bluntness" and non-empathetic nature, the odd Patient will avoid making an appointment with them at all.

Another GP, more recently, was approached for help, also showed lack of empathy to a very emotional situation, belittled the circumstances and serious health condition, passed the buck to any responsibility for assistance and "made comments" no qualified medical professional should say to a vulnerable person however stressed they may have possibly felt!
