"my experience of the practice"

I've been going to this Surgery fro over 48 years. Yes it has changed a lot. But over the time I've been going its been a fantastic service, The staff do their best they can to book you in.But what really bugs me is when the retired people come in and huff and puff because the aren't been seen so quickly. But when they leave surgery there only going home to have a cup of tea. Please stop moaning at the staff. It would be nice if they respected the staff more their doing the best. The only thing I don't like is its getting more difficult to get appointment to see a doctor. But hay every one its going to get worse with all the new housing going up in Hamble lane and Portsmouth road. Because the council hasn't thought about a new surgery in these new housing areas. So its going to get worse. Please praise the staff not get anode with them they are doing a great job.
