I waited over a year for my first appointment and received a letter saying I didn't attend my first appointment? I never received a letter advising of an appointment date in the first instance.
Why can't the clinic send email confirmation of appointments? I am now left hanging using internet hormones and testosterone blockers. Been taking them now for over two years.
I am desperate for help but none is there. Communication needs reforming.
