"I felt listened to and I cannot fault anything"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a carer),

I took my mum to ED at Princess Royal Hospital in Telford.

I told them i thought she had sepsis ... she did.

My mum received rapid efficient compassionate care from I think ? Dr Khalid and the nurse looking after her ( and in fact everyone there ).

The treatment she received was as per NICE guidelines, and even though I am clinical myself ,  I felt very humbled and emotional at just how hard people worked and how skilled they are.

As her daughter I felt listened to and I cannot fault anything at all.

My mum has a long recovery ahead , but I am so very thankful to you all.

On behalf of my dad , my sister and all her grandchildren, thankyou so very much .

Good afternoon,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the A&E Department at the Princess Royal Hospital. Your feedback means a lot to the staff and so I have passed your lovely comments with the A&E Manager and Matron so they can share your comments with the team.

I do hope your mum is well on the road to recovery.

Kind Regards

Patient Experience Team.
