My mam was there on the 9th Feb , she has a really bad phobia of dentists but the staff really put her at ease ( and myself and dad) . As it is she needs all of her teeth extracted but now ,yes she still feels nervous but because of your staff ,mam now feels she can go through with it...

Thank you for taking the time in leaving positive feedback regarding the care of your mother at the Dental Hospital in Newcastle. We appreciate dental treatment can be very daunting for all those involved, we are pleased to have been able to put you all at ease in this instance and hopefully your mother will now feel able to attend for her surgery in due course.
