I found every member of staff on A warm to be exemplary. From the minute I arrived on the ward I felt comforted, reassured and well taken care of. The staff were knowledgable , kind , efficient and caring even during very busy periods.

They dealt with a very difficult patient one night during my stay with nothing but the utmost patience and respect. Despite the fact that they being abusive the staff were calm, took time to carefully explain what was happening and why and advise them from a medical perspective what they thought was best for their care. I was very impressed by their professiinalism and compassion when faced with contempt.

I felt that my own wishes were considered and I was given all the information I needed about my treatment options.
