(as the patient),

The staff were extremely professional explaining everything. Showed care and compassion. They treated all patients with respect and made me feel at ease as I felt they did with the other patients too. I have been to the Daysurgery Unit several times and I have had the same experience each time.

They are wonderful

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch. I'm delighted to hear that you have had positive experiences when attending the Day Surgery Unit.

We know that attending for treatment can be an anxious time for people and the staff work hard to ensure that people are treated as individuals and supported accordingly when in their care.
