"Thank you to the diabetes team"

I am diabetic with lots of problems, I have had many years of care . I have no complaints about any of my care, the NHS do a very good job . I would like to do a special thank you to the doctor and his team . I think he's a new Dr at this hospital , I had never seen him before.

He's thoughtful listens and changed my medication and blood sugar levels have never been as good.

My family say thank you too as I am so much happier and. healthier
