"The park Centre made a worrying experience much..."

I had a recall from a routine mammogram out of the blue as I had no symptoms or concerns. I then had my first visit to the Park Centre. I then went on to have a further mammogram, ultrasound, two needle biopsies and ultimately went on to have a localisation sure and a lumpectomy. I can only say that staff, procedures, administration and the environment were all exemplary and made the whole process over the four months and several visits that I visited a much easier process.

The only negative comment would be about what I assume is a security guard on the ground floor. It would have been more welcoming to have had a smile or good morning. Not once did they make eye contact with me. As the first face of the Park it would have been nice to get a smile when your scared and anxious about what’s ahead.

Aside from that, fir anyone who goes through this situation, I would unreservedly recommend this Centre for their care, understanding, expertise, warmth. Very glad they provided my care.

Dear Kez

Thank you for your very kind words regarding our Breast Care Centre. We are incredibly lucky to have such a committed and skilled team and I know they will be very appreciative of you having taken the time to thank them.

I will ensure that your comments regarding the security staff member is shared with the department.

With best wishes
