I had a recall from a routine mammogram out of the blue as I had no symptoms or concerns. I then had my first visit to the Park Centre. I then went on to have a further mammogram, ultrasound, two needle biopsies and ultimately went on to have a localisation sure and a lumpectomy. I can only say that staff, procedures, administration and the environment were all exemplary and made the whole process over the four months and several visits that I visited a much easier process.
The only negative comment would be about what I assume is a security guard on the ground floor. It would have been more welcoming to have had a smile or good morning. Not once did they make eye contact with me. As the first face of the Park it would have been nice to get a smile when your scared and anxious about what’s ahead.
Aside from that, fir anyone who goes through this situation, I would unreservedly recommend this Centre for their care, understanding, expertise, warmth. Very glad they provided my care.
"The park Centre made a worrying experience much..."
