"A very professional and pleasant experience"

About: Peterborough City Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

My wife had an appointment at 10:45 at the Head and Neck clinic we arrived in good time to find quite a long queue which took us by surprise but we had no need to worry the check in ladie Jane was very pleasant, we were given instructions of where to proceed sat down to be called by the doctor bang on time my wife said he was really very pleasant I then had to go for an X-ray again the man was very pleasant, then to be called back by the original doctor to analyse the X-rays in the company of another doctor who was very friendly and who we hope has discovered what the problem was, all this took 60minutes, upon leaving the doctors the two receptionist were very pleasant and helpful, the hospital was very clean and warm, the voluntry helpers guided us upon arrival. And the lady on the PALS desk gave us clear instructions on how to write this up. Overall a very professional and pleasant experience.

The Media although unfortunately some reports are correct they need correcting in what they say about hospitals and the NHS, from our own personal experience.
