(as a service user),

Service was very helpful. I felt very relaxed/open. Went to the edge cafe for pilates, but wasn't on. Leaflet says it was (wasn't happy).

Thank you for you comments and its important for us to ensure people feel able to discuss their issues and that can only happen by being open and honest. On you other point Inclusion does not oversee The Edge Café but I can make sure they are aware of your feedback.
