It annoys me when only bad things are reported. The staff work hard and long hours. My experience of them is wonderful. In the last couple of days I needed to attend A,&E and it transpired I had a broken arm. I was seen promptly and tended to professionally and sympathetically. All staff concerned (reception. Nurse practioner and x ray) were fabulous. They deserve praise indeed.
