"My recent visit with elderly mother"

I would have given 5 stars, but for one nurse. The nurse was the first person we saw who gave my 82 year old Mum her initial eye test. I found her to be very abrupt and impatient. Mum had trouble holding the thing that covers one eye due to shaky hands and the nurse very abruptly said if you hold it still you will see. As Mum is a bit slow now she seemed to be an inconvenience to her. The other members of staff I can’t praise highly enough.
