"Fantastic maternity care"

Went into to have our first baby and the service we received throughout was amazing.

Midwife who delivered our baby was excellent - calm and professional and kept us informed throughout. She was supportive and myself and my husband found this invaluable as first timers!

The ward staff afterwards were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble whatever the time of day and even if they were fed up with my frequent buzzer pressing, they never showed it. They made sure I was comfortable with feeding and I was able to stay an extra night until it was established.

Community midwife was brilliant as were the feeding team who came out twice and rang frequently to ensure feeding was going well. This was really supportive.

We would recommend Leighton (and the community midwife team) to anyone who is pregnant!
