"My mum was treated well by lovely staff"

(as a relative),

Despite my Mum turning up for her appointments one month early she was treated very well by the staff.   The department was clearly very busy but my Mum was asked if she minded waiting for a short time and she would be seen.   Calum and Joanne were lovely and made Mum feel at ease.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I am pleased to hear that your mum was able to be seen in cardiology even though a month her appointment was the next month. It is good to hear that staff were able to accommodate your mum
