Service provided at the hospital has more likely to be improved...
Visitors stay has also improved cause we don't have the bells going at our faces. I recommend separate beds for parents to stay and also nice food and hospitality to be provided for them. Children's play area to be separate for them to play or a reading area like a little library.
Most likely to be improved is cleaning job .....antibacterial wipes changing bed sheets seems very poor round the wards.
