I attended the A and E department on Sunday evening. Throughout the time I was there I was treated with the utmost care and respect by everyone involved. The investigation into my condition was thorough and efficient - in fact I had the most thorough medical examination I have ever had - and I am 79 years old!

There was a real atmosphere of caring and willingness to be helpful and the doctor I saw really took trouble to explain everything to me.

Thank you, A and E staff - you were brilliant and it meant a huge amount to me.
