"could do a lot better."

staff at best unhelpful.seem to lack any REAL knowledge of addiction, addictive behaviour,or everyday concerns of the average service user.my own personal experience was one of utter frustration at times.calls to service by phone, often went unanswered.the same,if I contacted my support worker via email.e mails appear to vanish into the e.l.f.t. void....my last referral was taken by a very helpful member of staff, possibly a volunteer,(no slur on volunteers)who failed to make any contact with anyone else, includind the on site doctor, for whom I needed a referral to.i did however receive a heartfelt apology on said occasion.groups, such as acupuncture, often cancelled or time changed at very short notice, without any attempt made ,to contact service users, who have travelled, dealt with addiction issues that day,to attend.on te contact issue,i broke a bone in my foot, meaning I had to cacel my support worker appointment at very short notice.as my only transport was by an 8 mile bus ride and walk,it was not viable. my support worker, contacted me 2 WEEKSlater to enquire as to why I had not attended,as I only had a stubbed toe!?broken foot to stubbed toe?all in all ,unless yu desperately need help, avoid this service.
