About: Weymouth Community Hospital

seen by a female member of the team who was abrupt and quite rude in her manner . dismissive of my injury , belittled the receptionist i had earlier spoken to regarding coming to be checked over , all in all made me feel embarrassed to be there . first ever bad experience here and can only put it down to the bad manners and lack of professionalism of the person involved .

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I was extremely disappointed to read about how you were left feeling because this is not what we want or expect for any of our patients.

I will relay your experiences to the team at our next meeting and remind them about the importance of good and positive communication with patients and each other.

Our patients are at the heart of everything we do and this is not reflective of the service we strive to deliver on.
